Worst hotel experience ever!!!

Liked: Not a thing
Disliked: The air conditioner wasn’t working in the room and it was never addressed by the staff

Disliked: Dirty and lights turned off

Liked: Beautiful place
Disliked: My unit: not enough hot water, the water pressure it was to slow at the shower, there were some areas that were not clean, missing essential items like a microwave coffee maker, also received a call from executive housekeeper upset asking me if I was leave the unit when I extended my stay, (miss communication with the front desk)

Liked: I always come to this property when in Juarez. Value, cleanliness, and location l.
Disliked: Queen bed more like a full bed. .

Disappointing

Liked: A/c didn't work, was very hot and card didn't work at least 3 times.
Disliked: Please fix the card issues and a/c

Liked: I didn't have breakfast there...the first room seemed really dirty and had a very foul smell..we had to ask for a different room..staff was very understandable and very nice!.
Disliked: Rooms to be cleaner and fridge and microwave in rooms.

Could not stay

Liked: Had to leave properly ac didn’t work orJacuzzi reason why I rented master suite
