Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and the parking was secure and affordable
Disliked: The rooms were quite disappointing, the sink in one of the rooms wouldn’t open, the carpet and bed were ripped, the bed had stains and a flat single pillow.

Worst night ever

Disliked: The mattress in room 103 was down to the spring i slept on top of the quilt as it was digging into me. DO NOT GET ROOM 103 right at the top of the stairs. Noisy Unclean and worse night's sleep ever. Will never ever go back.

Liked: It was very smelly and the shower was broken.Given the key from the receptionist,just to get the room and get someone inside

It was an extremely uncomfortable...

Disliked: The room was infested with bugs and insects, which were crawling all over the bed, bathroom, desk, and wardrobe, dead bugs squashed on the walls. It was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable — I even had bugs on my clothes and arm. The room was not properly prepared: there were no towels provided, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower head was broken, and the sink had very low water pressure. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable, misleading compared to the photos, and resulted in one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
