Awful stay, rude staff member,...

Disliked: No power, dirty sheets, rude staff, tried changing us into a new room with used bedding/towels and an unmade bed. Found a pile of dirty towels in our room. Accepted the issue but no refund from neither booking.com nor the hotel

Disliked: Wardrobe was broken, chair broken.Tea bags were in a cup and no water facility Toiletries facility not enough and shower was broken.there was noise coming near AC after 2 3 minutes interval that's makes uncomfortable and i havent proper sleep whole night.

It is cheap and easy...

Liked: This hotel is cheap, you are very much getting what you pay for. There is a pub attached to the pub with lots of shops and places to eat around and only a few minutes walk away from Barking Station. The bedding did appear to be clean, as did the towels.
Disliked: The room itself wasn't clean, with my colleague not having a shower in the morning due to the cleanliness of the shower and not knowing what the stain in the shower was or the dirt in the corners of the shower, and neither of us wanting to walk on the floor barefoot. Both rooms we had looked like they could do with a really good deep clean. Everything was quite worn or broken, the pillows in my room were rock solid, like those memory foam ones. There was only 1 working plug socket in the room, and this was under the desk. We were only here for 1 night, and we would not stay here again.

Disliked: I was given room i didn't booked for. The room was very noisy. With noise coming through the hole on the wall. The receptionist was rude

Bit unsatisfactory

Liked: Convenient for Barking Station
Disliked: Room a bit tired. Only one plug under the desk for charging phone etc. Television only had reception on about three channels
