Clean atmosphere, but pricey and...

Liked: Very clean rooms and nice hotel staff. One of the pools was very nice to use.
Disliked: The restaurant prices are way too high. We had to wait 45-60 min to receive our food and it wasn’t even right. The other pool was completely empty due to the cold water which made the other pool a bit crowded. Kids were running around the hotel at 11:30pm screaming and again at 7:30am.

Horrible exp couldn’t get service...

Disliked: Extremely racist staff against Mexicans even if there Mexican they seem to cater to white folks only

Good overall.

Liked: The buffet breakfasts on Friday, Saturday & Sunday were very good.
Disliked: The meals I ordered from the menu were ok at best. On 2 occasions, the food was cold when served.

Superb

Liked: Pools were good, I love they have one very cold and another warm. The views to the lake and mountain are magnificent.
Disliked: Rooms don't have any coffee machines, fridge, even an iron is missing.

Good stay in Ajijic.

Liked: Nice setting on Lake Chapala. Room was a good size.
Disliked: Wi-fi kept disconnecting.

Great choice for long or...

Liked: Nice location. Very scenic and offers lots of amenities for the business. Check in was very fast. Housekeeping staff very efficient. The room was very nice, large and had great views. The bed was extremely comfortable with nice large pillows. Restaurant has full service menu and has a wide variety of choices. Staff could have a little better English skills, but we all understood each other. The bar was nice but lacked tonic water and extra dry vermouth. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Spacious guest rooms. Delicious brunch buffet. Complimentary fruit flavored water in the lobby.
Disliked: No microwave nor beverage refrigerator
