Excelent Service!!!!

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel before and I like it! Its very clean, staff is very nice and polite. If I neede anything extra like toilet paper, extra towels. I got them right away. The free breakfast is good. I also ate the food from the restaurant and its pretty good.
Disliked: I liked evrything. Nothing wrong.

Very nice location, wonderful staff,...

Liked: Breakfast is less good than before now that you ask. This is the 3th year we visit Real 1900. The breakfast included wonderful eggs but now only white bread.
Disliked: Mattresses could be more firm or need to be rotated. They are uneven. The cleaning liquids or the cleaning clothes smell bad sometimes. TV needs to be smart TV monitors!!! Is painful not to be able to access platforms.

Made my family feel welcome...

Liked: Accommodated my family!!! I traveled with my one year old and they provided me with a crib!! It was perfect and made us feel my daughter and me comfortable!!!
Disliked: Parking was around the corner but they were very quick when we needed them to open the parking lot.

Great stay due to excellent location. Property staff was very professional and accommodating.

Liked: The property was located near downtown, and Iguala plaza. Several shops and restaurants around the property made it an ideal place to stay.
Disliked: The property is not open 24 hours however attendant is on property.
