Highly recommended

Liked: The location and service was perfect, I cannot fault a thing. The owner ensured any needs we had were met and offered the best spread of food and variety at breakfast, regardless of how early we had to leave that day for our friends wedding. The room, and surrounding area exceeded expectations, all in all was a perfect stay and accommodated us for returning late and so on.

Room was a disappointment but...

Liked: Helen the host was excellent in all respects, she made sure we wanted for nothing,The whole breakfast scenario was excellent.
Disliked: We upgraded to a bigger room (Henley) at extra cost which was a disappointment, there was dust and cobwebs on the centre ceiling light, the two big windows on one side of the room had condensation inside the double glazing which look unsightly as they had blown, there were filled holes in the plaster wall adjacent the TV which had just been left rough ,there was a electrical twin socket adjacent the TV which couldn't be used as it was very loose ,there was also one bedside lamp with no bulb in when the bulb was replaced we had one bright led bulb and one old filament bulb a lot dimmer

Room was comfortable and a good size, with a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities available.
