Disappointing

Liked: The bath soaps smelled great, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and fancy. I also really appreciated the balcony. It was a beautiful view.
Disliked: For hotel that takes 150 dollars in security deposit you would think the ice machine at least works....it didn't. To make matters worse the hotel is huge, and the only working ice machine was across the court yard. I had to walk across that massive court yard for a half liter of ice. That annoyed me to my core. Also there were no microwaves in the suite and I did not like how the AC operated.

Unfortuanely with health issues the...

Liked: I love this hotel & have been coming here for 8 years to get my health care @ Sloan Kettering.
Disliked: Unfortunately, this place has declined with their amenities. No breakfast, but same price. When asked desk clerk before coming if there were any of their restaurants open & was told NO, But when we got here had loud pool club party going on with the Grill serving food. Our stay was for 3 nights & upon arrival @ 3pm to get a spot for our car, was told there were none available,, but they continued to park cars for guests coming into the pool. I guess the guests staying here don't get the same privilege. On our second day returning to our room, we were locked out as they thought we had checked out. So crazy as we payed for 3 nights. It seems that the desk clerks are separate from Valet & restaurants, as each person put the responsibility on another party. Never been to a hotel that does not know what they offer. Not sure if we'll be back. Also we would only get one hand towel & one washcloth & one roll of toilet paper. This was hard to track down cleaning lady was enough supplies. No consistency with amenities.

Underwhelming

Liked: The bathroom was decent and the room was spacious.
Disliked: There were ants on one of the tables yikes! The ice machine did not work in the building my room was in therefore had to walk over to next building . The refrigerator leaked for a little while. I?ve stayed at the Ravel several times and this was the worst experience. This stay was underwhelming to say the least
