Superb

Liked: Late check in...Easy. Clean, comfortable room. Great staff, very helpful. Rathbone Mansions is a great base for visiting NOLA......You can walk virtually any where from there.....
Disliked: Not a deal breaker.....The wifi in our room was sketchy, but the cell reception was poor. Possibly, just geographical bad luck.......not a deal breaker. Going to the front of the building had great reception......

Liked: This is a fabulous property. Very friendly staff and excellent location.

FUN! Great city, lovely place...

Liked: The location was good because we're walkers and we could walk or take the streetcar everywhere.
Disliked: The room was very small. Not much room to put things and move around. We didn't spend much time in our room but just a comment we both had.

Liked: Great location and character.
Disliked: Needed to request housekeeping, rooms a bit worn and bed/pillows not extremely comfortable. Room lacked a safe.

Friendly staff at a good...

Liked: Great location in beautiful residential area within walking distance to frenchman street and french quarter. There are multiple bus stops (1-5 minutes walk) to take you further afield. Pool area was very clean and the pool was a great temperature. Staff at reception were very helpful (we had an issue with one of the beds in the room and it was resolved immediately).
Disliked: nothing

Great accommodation!

Liked: The pool area was chill and a great way to relax after some fun in town. Super special and intimate. We made sure to go everyday. The staff was lovely and professional. The area is great and quiet. But not far from great restaurants and bars.
Disliked: There was some mix up with the codes to enter hotel and room. It happened a couple of times. They were expeditious to fix the issue and it was smooth from there.

Liked: I enjoyed staying in the Marigny, which is in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The mansion is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to both the French Quarter and Frenchman Street, and the 91 bus stop is right there. Staff are all very welcoming and accommodating
Disliked: Initially I was given room 1C which is small, dark, with a view of a nearby wall. I asked to be switched to the other side of the building, and I was put in 1F, which was much more pleasant. Staff is only on the property from 9am - 5pm, but can always be reached by phone The bathtub is slippery with no handgrips to hold on to. There is a hot water machine in the room with instant coffee and small milk containers, but no sugar or tea. However, they are available in the main lobby
