Great experience and fun time!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed a little more time after check out and they allowed us to stay longer without a fee. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The bests were quite comfortable.
Disliked: I liked that our room was clean and comfortable. I loved the waterpark. The breakfast in the morning provided lots of good healthy options. The pancakes were a hit with our grandchildren.

We would stay there again.

Liked: Our room was great! The drawers on one of the dressers would slowly creep open, it may not have been completely level. But the space was great in the two queen bed/sofa room. We really enjoyed the tube slide and lazy river at the water park. The body slide was a little slow for the kids. The location is very easy to access. Close to many restaurants and stores.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was not the best. There were not a lot of hot food choices available. The pancakes were small and the biscuits were cold so you had to use the microwave to heat the biscuits and gravy. The chlorine levels in the pool area were too high causing our eyes to burn and us to cough a lot. We had to leave the area much earlier than we had planned.

One night at Rapid River

Liked: We had a king room, it was on the 3rd floor. Very quiet on a Wednesday night. Bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable, room was clean. We did not use the water park, we were there to ride the Paul Bunyan Bike Trail, which was easy to ride to from the hotel.

Superb
