Should have stayed elsewhere.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: GIANT RIP OFF!!!!! 30% price hike upon arrival! Parking sucks and is unsafe for handicapped folks. Shower head sucks, just a drizzle. No shelf for shampoo in shower stall. No hooks for towels.

Basic Bones hotel. Bring your...

Liked: Right in the heart of Ramona.Very nice lady at the front desk
Disliked: Very noisy out front in the parking lot. A bit rundown and needs a refresh.NO COFFEE! This should never happen at any hotel.

RUDE PEOPLE ONLY WANT YOUR...

Liked: Close to our destination
Disliked: Rude staff, it was advertised as pay on arrival, then the property called and DEMANDED a credit card to hold the room. The person was extremely rude and threatened to let the reservation go. So I gave them a credit card to HOLD the room. Upon arrival I intend to use another card. But my card had ALREADY been charged before I ever arrived, and they refused to take another card. AND the room had little black bugs everywhere.

Basic lodging, not fancy but...

Liked: Excellent location. Staff friendly. Room was ready when we arrived.
Disliked: Lighted mirror in bathroom did not work (Room 111) which made getting ready difficult.
