Liked: Conveniently placed and friendly staff
Disliked: We were in room 202. We were woken by loud noises from those exiting the bar, and by very loud noises coming from pipework. Not sure if it was from air con pipes or flushing toilets. Between 11 & 12 pm it was very bad.

Disliked: Oh boy where to start. It was bad the moment I checked in. The front desk clerk used every credit card I had to check in, and come to find out that the system was down so every card was declined. Usually I get emails notifying myself that a purchase has been made from your credit card. I had plenty of money on all credit cards.No email messages from any of the credit card companies, so that is how I know the system was down. So I had to do a paper contract with my credit info on the sheet. We had no information about Wi-Fi, what time breakfast was, how late the pool was open, pretty much the only information we got is where our room was located on a map. That was it. As soon as we got to the floor, my wife complained it smelled like smoke on a non-smoking floor. As soon as we got into the room we noticed the room smelled funky. Just a lot of issues. It wasn’t well clean. If you notice by the pictures I have included. Also my 9 year old has Asthma and he just had troubles breathing in that room. We were suppose to stay 2 nights but decided to stay 1 night because of his breathing issues, which kept us up a majority of the night. My wife went to try and get an extra pillow because we didn’t have enough pillows for all of us, but your service desk could only provide a blanket and that she could notify us to have someone find a pillow, (that I had to use for a pillow). I woke up with a big kink in my neck with just 2 hours of sleep. As we were gathering our things in the morning because my son had an appointment with Urgent care, I noticed bugs last night on the door when we entered and exited. I also spotted a big hornets nest or honey bee nest near the door. I also included that picture as well. The hornets and honey bees were flying all around the door. I just didn’t want my family to get stung. When we checked out no fuss, we were charged for the 1 night with no questions asked. We didn’t have time to fight the charges anyways, we had a lot to do that day.
