Liked: The waiters and housekeeping were very friendly! Especially Kevin.Jessica at the front desk should be the one in charge. Paola needs to removed, very rude!
Disliked: The front desk staff, especially Paola. There was a problem with booking.com and the hotel. They could of easily resolved the problem but refused to.The doors to the bathroom don't close all the way so no privacy at all!Towels were old and stiffThe shower was clogged and flooded the bathroom, we requested maintenance 3 times.When asking for towels and toilet paper they would "How many people are in your room" They even called at 1:30 am to ask the same question. We were stalked and followed. Keep in mind there was 10 rooms booked and they denied us the group rate after being told they would do so.

Liked: At booking the price is 43 per night at the hotel 105 . They sale the tequila shoot for 700ps it’s 37,50usd it’s not normal . Shawer brook 2 days no one repair it . U fell like they are spying u 24hours food plates are very small fish are frozen . Not professional at all laud music pool dirty spa is not working . Don’t visit this place
