Worst experience ever

Liked: Location, facilities, the barman and the bell boy are very helpful and polite.
Disliked: The guy at the front desk his name is Oliver he was extremely rude. I ask to talk to a manager and he said there was no manager on duty that was on a Saturday afternoon.
