Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pools were pretty decent for kids.
Disliked: Kids brought toys (water blasters, pool noodles) to the pool and were very inconsiderate of other people in the pool. The policy should be, no toys are to be brought into the pool area. It was very irritating

Liked: The breakfast was limited but the staff was friendly and helpful. The water park is impressive, we wish we had time to enjoy it. The room was comfortable and well laid out.

Liked: The pool was nice
Disliked: The room we got was not the room ordered. We ordered one for 5 people 2 queen beds and 1 couch, we got only 2 queen beds. We walked into the room it smelled musty and like urine. The pool side smelled like urine. The shower in our room didn’t get hot it was only cold. The staff was zero help on attempting to help us get a cot for the room so we could sleep 5. No phones to call the front desk had to use my cell phone. At check out the lady was very crabby and didn’t even ask how my stay was. She was more worried about her cell phone watching her movie with her ear buds in. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever!

Run down rooms,leaking water

Disliked: Water leaking in the shower on the bathroom floor,very damp carpet. Holes in the curtains, frame to bathroom was barely hanging on. Barely any breakfast, no waffles, and was shut down.
