Disappointed

Liked: The pool area is nice for a family with small children. The child pool is only 1 foot deep.
Disliked: We booked weeks in advance for a birthday on Memorial Weekend and got to the property and they didn't have rooms for us. The lady at the front desk went to see if there was a room to accommodate us and came back and said that about 25 rooms had not been cleaned so they were canceling reservations.

Good

Liked: The front desk was very accommodating to move us to a room with two queen beds, which I thought I had booked
Disliked: The elevator didn't work .The fire alarm went off at one o'clock in the morning with no explanation.. No phone in the room to call the front desk. The first light in the room flickered, it needs a slight bulb, changed

Bad

Liked: Besides the flooding hallway the late night ding dong ditches the flooded bathroom and the 1am fire alarms all in all a 2 outta 10 only thing this place has going for it is the pool!!

Liked: The pool was nice
Disliked: Mold in the bathroom all over the walls same with the pool waited til 4:3”pm to check as they said the rooms was not ready

Never again.

Liked: Ummmm the water pressure in the shower was the only good thing.
Disliked: Lifeguards never showed up for pool and water slide opening. Hot tub wasn’t hot and pumps didn’t work. Five person booking and there wasn’t sheets on the pullout bed and nowhere for my 7 yo to sleep, room was set at 80 degrees and we arrived late so it took all night to cool off, two towels in the room for a 5 person booking. Staff all acted like managers and no one was doing any real work. Pool deck was slimy as if never cleaned.

Liked: It was a very nice hotel clean loved arcade and water park reasturant staff made us feel welcome
Disliked: The restaurant hours wasn't open enough
