Run down rooms,leaking water

Liked: Free pool
Disliked: Water leaking in the shower on the bathroom floor,very damp carpet. Holes in the curtains, frame to bathroom was barely hanging on. Barely any breakfast, no waffles, and was shut down.

Liked: We enjoyed the pool and water slides. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The desk clerk apparently quit during her shift. When we arrived there were people who had been waiting for an hour in the lobby. We went into the pool area to get one of the life guards to call the manager to come in.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: We arrived early before check in time and staff was very helpful and pleasant, allowed us to swim to kill time before our room was ready, the pool area and water park was great! Kids had a blast. It was clean, rooms were clean, pizza was great. The only thing I would maybe change is to have waffles premade and put in a Chafing Dish to keep warm so there is not a long line as they take a few minutes to cook, other than that, it was great. We will definitely come back to stay.

Disappointed

Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing, only hot food was waffles. Our room was very dirty. There was black mold in the shower and rips in the carpet. I also found mold on the outer edging of the pools. Staff didn’t show up in the morning so almost the whole park didn’t open at 9 like it was supposed to. Most hotel staff were very friendly. Manager at the restaurant was very rude. She told me I had to take my trash from the restaurant out to the dumpster myself because there wasn’t garbage big enough for pizza boxes.

Not so relaxing.

Liked: The location was convient. The front desk staff was friendly enough at check in. Check out not so much.never even asked how the stay was.
Disliked: They seem to rent the pool to party other than at the hotel stays. It was so loud and really crowded. The hot tub was not hot and the jets didnt work. There were so many unsupervised kids there was almost no place to get in to swim. The worse part. No hot water in the shower!! The hotel could be nice if the cleaned it up and stoped people from smoking all sorts of things in the rooms. There were kids running up and down the halls yelling at 1130pm. So kinda loud if you just wanted to relax.
