Liked: The water park was great. Love having life guards on duty. My kids and grandchildren will always remember and ask to go back over and over.
Disliked: No real dislikes. Understand property is older and continued repairs are part of having a hotel of this age. The water area needs many more towels. It would help folks leaving going to their rooms tracking water throughout the hotel.

Disliked: The bed was sooo uncomfortable, I didn't hardly sleep.

Disliked: Blood in bed side drawer, bathtub didn’t drain and they wouldn’t fix it, filthy walls and floors. No help at front desk. They forgot to give us wristbands for water park when checking in.

Liked: The location was great and the pool was good when it was open
Disliked: There was no trash can in the room becides in the bathroom I had no phone in my room no many plug-ins like most hotels one of the pools were closed the first night afternoon desk people were not friendly when booking I stated I may check in early it said they would try their best we did not get in early but the worst part was we couldn’t even check in at 4 at regular check in so had to leave again and was told we would be called when ready in fact we were not so we called around 6 and was told our room had just got ready

it was alright.

Disliked: bathroom door was broken and we all took cold showers.
