Liked: Everything about our trip was brilliant, it was our first visit to Telford and couldn’t fault anything! Location of hotel was very central to everywhere so walking was perfect, parking on site was also a bonus!! Thank you to all concerned.
Disliked: Our visit could’ve been bit longer!

Liked: Hotel is set in a quiet and peaceful location with beautiful gardens and outdoor seating areas Only 5 minutes taxi from Telford International Centre The rooms was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and a great choice of breakfast which was very tasty - all staff were extremely pleasant and very helpfulWould definitely stay again

Liked: CLEAN TIDY WITH COMFY BEDS NOT MUCH IN TGHE AREA IN TERMS OF NIGHTLIFE BUT WAS OK FOR THE REASON I WENT FOR WHICH WAS WORK
Disliked: QUIET IN THE AREA NOTHING MUCH TO DO

Disliked: Paid for a breakfast in the evening, only for someone to tell me I needed to pay! I showed my receipt and was allowed to eat. When checking out I was told I owed for my breakfast and had to repeat the whole process. I was then informed that I was the only person that this had happened to. Maybe more staff training would help?
