Good

Liked: Great facilities (we had washer and dryer in the room we booked, plus microwave and stove top), spacious room. They were able to provide a cot for our baby, which was great. Reception staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shower cubicle is not the cleanest, there was mould around the edges everywhere. Also the shower drain was blocked, so the water would pool around your feet as you were showering.

Exceptional

Great for city stays

Liked: The location right in the heart of the city meant once we were checked in we didn’t need to use our car.
Disliked: We kept hearing noises that sounded like someone was entering our suite. Obviously there weren’t but maybe the sound proofing could have been better.

Liked: Easy to walk to from Sky Bus terminal. The quietest hotel I have stayed in, in the CBD.

Liked: the room was a good size.
Disliked: property was good, but i was told i needed to make a $100 deposit which i did, and i got told it would be refunded back into my account. but now they are saying they don’t do that or whatever so will probably be taking legal action shortly.

Liked: The location was excellent but the floor I was on in the property smelled of food. The rooms were very basic but clean
