Disliked: There was a noise alarm on a high frequency that deterred my good sleep. I complain at the app and also talked to reception about it and they said they will investigate. noise started at 1030pm and then it continued till the morning (staggered time)

Liked: location is good not far from town, can walk to town for eating and shopping
Disliked: we reserve the room for 3 nights for 3 people when we arrive only 2 sets are prepared, no additional towel, bed linen and blanket. the second night no room cleaning (we don't mind) but the other day someone cleaned the room and left 2 towels, we went down to ask another towel when we come back from dinner the towel was on the floor, how is your hygiene?
