Liked: Even though on a main busy road, our room was quiet, the bed was extremely comfy, as we were late arrivals due to our flight to Auckland being delayed the communication from staff was amazing and welcoming. Highly recommend Ramada Suites

Liked: Comfortable, modern, casting facility on the TV, helpful staff
Disliked: Efforts to economise (no hand towel, one flannel between two, people 3-days between room servicing) come across as simply stingy.

Liked: How close it is to rainbows end, airport
Disliked: Bond. Pay $100 and I am on a budget and not much money. I understand that bond is important, but I need that money. For a bond. 10-15 days for money to come back in the account is ridiculous. Not everyone has money like to to be on hold.Brakfast needs to open earlier or be told the time on arrival.
