Disappointing and unpleasant

Liked: Location to Due Drop
Disliked: The staff were so horrible and unfriendly and u helpful. They made the stay very uncomfortable.

Bad

Liked: Location was ok, next to events center
Disliked: The staff took a copy of my identification without asking. This is not lawful in NZ as it goes against the privacy act and can be used for identity theft.

Solidly Average stay

Liked: Convenient to the convention centre
Disliked: Broken washing machine, missing utensils from the kitchenette, pretty average restaurant and the breakfast doesn’t include hot drinks. Who doesn’t include coffee with breakfast?!

It was convenient and comfortable...

Liked: It was convenient and had a resturant on the premises.
Disliked: The room was small and had a little table that you sat on a foot stool to do work. You wouldn’t want to spend too much time there as there was no easy chairs.

Liked: Self contained
Disliked: King split base bed. Couple can not sleep together

Passable

Liked: Staff are not welcoming customers, they are far from customer services
Disliked: The room is very small and what I though off , on arrival the staff is helpful and tried to give good customer services, on my departure the lady staff has no impression on her face, at all you can't tell if she happy or upset , plus her customer services is zero, there is someone inside the office like agreed to what she is saying and not stepping up and make his customers happy any way will never book there again and will not recommend it to friends or family.
