it was just perfect

Disappointing

Disliked: No hot water - was offered a free breakfast instead. Room and corridor smelt fusty - very stale. Bed creaked, bath was chipped.

Perfect overnight

Liked: Precheck in made very quick and efficient arrival. Allocated a ground floor room, very grateful. Both members of staff very polite, professional and informative. Parking close to hotel, well lit to feel safe in car park and service area. Easy access from and back onto motorway. Great to have 24 hour reception.
