Peaceful Comfort Just Outside the Birmingham Buzz

Modern yet tranquil, the Ramada Solihull Birmingham offers a relaxing base in the heart of Solihull — just a short drive or train ride from Birmingham’s top music venues. With a friendly vibe and thoughtfully designed rooms, this hotel blends comfort and convenience for anyone heading into the city for a show.
Expect clean, well-equipped accommodations, 24-hour room service, and handy extras like a fitness center, yoga room, and even a peaceful garden to unwind in between gigs.

Why Concert-goers love it

Set in the quieter suburb of Solihull, concert-goers enjoy the peaceful surroundings after a loud night out. Thanks to easy train and taxi access into Birmingham, getting to major venues like Resorts World Arena or O2 Academy is a breeze. Flexible check-in from 1:00 PM and a generous 12:00 PM checkout give you plenty of time to recover post-show. Plus, the hotel’s 24-hour services mean late-night returns are stress-free.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends looking for a calm spot to crash after the gig
  • Solo travelers ticking off a dream artist
  • Couples making a relaxing weekend out of a concert night
  • Fans wanting a quieter post-concert recovery space
  • Budget-conscious music fans who don’t mind a short commute

Food and Drink Options

The hotel offers 24-hour room service — ideal for late-night cravings after the encore. While there’s no on-site restaurant noted, its town center location means you're within walking distance of plenty of local eateries and pubs. Breakfast is available, perfect for those slower mornings after a big night out.

Nightlife Options

While the hotel itself is more of a chill zone, Solihull’s bars and pubs are nearby for a casual drink before or after the show. For more energetic nightlife, Birmingham’s scene is just a short ride away, including live music spots, cocktail lounges, and clubs.

What People Say

Guests love the friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, and the quiet atmosphere that’s ideal after the energy of a concert. The location in Solihull is praised for being well-connected yet peaceful. Reviews often note the good value for money, especially for those attending events in the city.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention the hotel is a bit dated in parts, and a few rooms could use modern touch-ups. Others noted that being outside Birmingham means factoring in some travel time to venues — but for many, the trade-off is worth the peace and quiet.

The Bottom Line

If you're after a restful, well-priced stay with easy access to Birmingham’s concert venues and a quiet place to recharge, Ramada Solihull Birmingham hits the right note.

Pat , Lincoln, visiting bp pulse LIVE Birmingham

Stayed here after a night at NEC and was surprised by the quality for £51 per night. The room was clean and comfortable (and on two floors!). We did not eat at the hotel but did use the bar which was comfy although could have been a little warmer.

Liked: Value for money.
