Liked: Was in a great location and great room with a great view
Disliked: The staff were all nice except for one redhead girl she was very rude and had a bad attitude towards us.

Spectacular location and facilities.

Liked: The location and view from the room was absolutely superb.
Disliked: We stayed in a two bedroom and it was great for the weekend but for a week it’s a little too small. The room doesn’t have a laundry but there is communal laundry on each level which was great but not what you want to be doing on holidays. The room also didn’t have an oven. Again fine for a long weekend away but any longer it wouldn’t be doable. The kitchen also didn’t have a dishwasher so as a family I was having to hand wash all the dishes.

Liked: The room we had was on the top floor. It had an incredibly noisy air conditioning unit. The walls were well in need of a paint as there were scuff marks everywhere and paint had visibly come off the wall behind the headboard. The unit around the sink was chipped and the tv only had local tv no other netflix, dvd's etc very poor in that regard. The main thing about the room was the view which was very good.
Disliked: The welcome drink, it was a ruse to get us to an information session that turned out to be a pressure to buy Time Share, disgraceful con.

Liked: Staff very friendly. Place very tidy and clean. Kids loved the pool
