Liked: Love the cleanliness, friendly and professional staff. Excellent location, close to local market and the airport.

Fine for one night before...

Liked: Close to the airport and nice views of the mountains. Nice cafe downstairs for breakfast.
Disliked: No windows that open, the room was so hot in the middle of winter and the air con did nothing to cool it down which made it difficult to sleep. Dryer was not working.Very noisy in the morning as you can hear the music playing from the cafe downstairs. The parking is ridiculous, they advertise free parking but there is only 4 spaces for the entire hotel so everyone had to end up paying for parking anyway. Room was very dusty and dirt on the walls.

Disliked: Overall room was roomy with decent sized bathroom. However, it was disappointing how noisy the room was. The gap under interconnecting door to other guests room let in light, they were up most of the night very noisy. Walls not very sound proof at all.Lights in kitchen didn’t work, only one of the 3 bulbs lit up but very weak.

Solid hotel, will be back

Liked: Nice hotel close to the airport, would definitely stay here again. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Disliked: We boooked this hotel because it had a dryer however ours was broken and the staff didn’t have any solution for us - the hotel lobby also start blaring music at 6.30am and wake everyone up.

We flew into Queenstown and...

Liked: It was convenient and close to the airport we flew in late in the afternoon it was close to restaurants and shops the room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing
