Apart from the daily room...

Liked: It was in a great location and our room had an amazing view. Felt very relaxed. The staff upon checking in and out were lovely and friendly.
Disliked: The servicing of the rooms was poor and done very late in the day- 5pm, not all towels were replaced every day, beds were not made properly, some days pillows all on the floor. The kitchens weren’t cleaned. The soap ran out in the bathroom and when left it out it wasn’t replaced just left in the bathroom empty.

Disliked: Not a good value for money, considering the price was almost double of the others, and the accommodation did not have anything different.

Liked: Location and excellent reception staff!
Disliked: Very unprofessional domestic staff, the male cleaners in particular were swearing at each other in a language we understood, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, rubbish bins full, bed not changed etc etc, really not up to standard for the price of the room!
