Liked: The front desk staffs were nice, helpful and friendly. There's is a much older guy there, he is exceptional, I can rate him a 100.
Disliked: The throw over looked stained/ used on arrival. As if that wasn't enough, the next day, the housekeeper just decided to throw the duvets on the bed without straighting the sheets, didn't bring us clean towels, didn't clean the room. And when I went to the front dest to show the photo I made a lady apologised and said she was alone at that moment and there was nothing she could do

Disliked: Although the staff was great at tending to my needs, I tried booking the parking in advance that was stated in the house rules but the link was a bit too much as I couldn’t find the actual website for the parking.
