Disliked: I found the room to be dirty, there was a moth in the bed cover… the bath was dirty, there was a piece of hair on the phone it was too hot there were no instructions to put air conditioning on

Disliked: The check in was perfunctory, no great customer service and contacted me with survey despite not checking contact box.The bath had several chips in the ceramic bottom (see photo). As we were only there for a night I overlooked it, but then more things kept happening. The bath itself would not fill properly, obviously problem with the plug. The twin bedded room had beds that moved in the night so I ended up in a diagonally placed bed, and the room was one of those with an adjoining door. It clearly affected any sound proofing as next door was very audible and a baby crying all night. (Not the baby’s fault, the sound barrier was useless).Breakfast - This is clearly a business persons hotel. This I don’t have a problem with, but we decided on a later breakfast to avoid any rush. Breakfast is served until 10, so we went down at 9am to be told we did not have a breakfast reservation. They checked with reception – who said it was room only. I had to produce my booking.com receipt to prove I had paid and it was their systems that caused the error. (No apology). Despite there being only one other table occupied we were told to sit at one of three two person tables in the middle of the room. I understand busy times you need to accommodate everyone, but what is worse is that a single person breezed in afterwards and sat at a six person table, and our table became so cluttered because nobody came to remove used dishes. Breakfast itself by this time had seen better days, think they didn’t bother to refresh now rush was gone. Had to asked for baked beans and was not offered to chose from hot kitchen, had to go and ask for an item to be cooked. Poor selection of breakfast items. No real service during the sitting or clearing of plates as mentioned above.No I didn’t report the room because we were there one night and the issues occurred late, and the service at reception was not even welcoming asking whether we had a good stay, I just wanted to leave there

Liked: The room was a good size and sky sports in the room was a bonus
Disliked: Larger bed size it was only a double. A king size bed would be better

Very nice and confortable holidays.

Liked: Nice hotel with rather big rooms and confortable beds. Everything was very clean and the staff friendly. Good resteurants inhouse and bar. Also room service.
Disliked: The hotel is not very centralt

Location and standard of rooms...

Disliked: Breakfast is not great. The scrambled eggs appeared to have been cooked previously then re-heated in a block. Coffee was very poor, when I asked if I could have an espresso was told need to pay and anyway that bar was closed.
