Liked: Room was larger than we expected and the AC worked well [in contrast to recent stays in Travelodge Chester where AC failed during two visits] There was a good supply of tea and coffee. Towels were good.Shower fittings were a little dated but bathroom was very clean

Liked: Great hotel with good facilities. Very professional staff. Responded very well to requests.
Disliked: We used the assisted room which is especially for those needing extra support[111]. The rooms size and location in the hotel reflected this. It was extra large and had a walk in shower. It had a red cord safety system. This was all very good. It also had a fridge. We needed an extra hr in the morning of check out this was arranged at no extra cost. We'll done all staff.The down side wasA put up bed....it was quite low and uncomfortable

Will visit again

Liked: Clise to the university, train station and town. Friendly staff, fitness suite, good food, comfortable clean rooms.
Disliked: The weather.
