Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Breakfast was appalling as no proper vegetarian breakfast as meat eaters had options !No complementary bottles of water as advertised.Staff were rude. No complimentary bath robes as advertised on your site.Room service was non existent as my room was cleaned 8 days after I checked in.

Lovely hotel with nice pool....

Liked: Room had everything we needed. Sheets clean. Bed comfy. Air conditioning worked well. View from the room was lovely. Pool was just the right temperature. Parking easy & included in price. Reception area nice & airy. Key cards required to use lifts. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Would have preferred proper plates & cutlery at breakfast rather than paper ones. Had to ask for room to be cleaned & towels to be exchanged on 5th day even though hotel advertises room cleaning as ‘every 3rd day’.

Disliked: online they offered play pen for babies and once at the hotel they stated they don’t offer that. there were no employees, online one or two front desk people for a full hotel of people, they can’t even bring you a towel
