Exceptional

Liked: This is one of our best hotels that we choose every time we come to Orlando.
Disliked: One of the elevator is being out of service for months, which it leaves only in service so, we had to wait for too long to use because there were a lot of guests using it

Great location, place is fine

Liked: The pool and the view is nice. Location is great for the universal parks. A lot of food options nearby and shopping
Disliked: The breakfast was messy in the space and limited food options. The food wasn’t good and the lines were so long for small items. You need more diverse of breakfast food items.
