My stay could’ve been better...

Liked: It was ok !! However the time listed on the door wasn’t accurate.
Disliked: The room it wasn’t really appealing by the air conditioner the carpet looked horrible and room service to clean room is every three days.

Disliked: Multiple items did not meet our expectations on this trip including the customer service at the front desk during check-in as well as elevators not working keys not working for our rooms. The bar is not a cash bar. The pool only open to 8. Breakfast ick

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Breakfast was appalling as no proper vegetarian breakfast as meat eaters had options !No complementary bottles of water as advertised.Staff were rude. No complimentary bath robes as advertised on your site.Room service was non existent as my room was cleaned 8 days after I checked in.

Lovely hotel with nice pool....

Liked: Room had everything we needed. Sheets clean. Bed comfy. Air conditioning worked well. View from the room was lovely. Pool was just the right temperature. Parking easy & included in price. Reception area nice & airy. Key cards required to use lifts. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Would have preferred proper plates & cutlery at breakfast rather than paper ones. Had to ask for room to be cleaned & towels to be exchanged on 5th day even though hotel advertises room cleaning as ‘every 3rd day’.
