Passable
Liked: The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The location was great.
Disliked: The first hotel we've encountered where there were no wineglasses, no milk for tea and coffee, no plates and cutlery (why have a microwave?) And room not serviced until after 3pm.

Disliked: I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience of me and my friends had during our recent stay at your property from April 15th to April 20th.We had clearly informed hotel team both via phone and email that we would be arriving early on the morning of the 16th, around 7 AM, and had accordingly booked and paid for the stay from the 15th onwards to ensure a smooth check-in. However, upon arrival, we were told that it was marked as a "no-show" and were made to wait nearly an hour before being provided a room. This was highly inconvenient, especially after a long journey.Furthermore, we had requested connecting rooms, which we were told were not available. Surprisingly, the next morning we noticed that such rooms were indeed available, and upon requesting again, we were told the connecting room had a single bed. When we offered to pay for an extra bed, we were informed there would be a charge of $35 per day — a detail that should have been clarified more transparently from the beginning.To add to our discomfort, one of the bathrooms had plumbing issues on the first day, and shockingly, we found blood stains on the bed sheets. Though the sheets were replaced, the incident was unacceptable. Additionally, we encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff, particularly the receptionist on the morning of the 16th, who was quite rude.Overall, this experience fell far short of the standards we expected. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate steps for better service and hospitality for future guests .

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: A bit decayed, especially noticeable in the bathroom and the windows which don’t isolate from outside noise. Staff at reception not very welcoming.
