Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Virginia Beach

We really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of most of the staff members, particularly Debbie at the front desk and Evone in the dining area, as well as Kiwi Ben the bartender. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Liked: We very much appreciated that the hotel staff moved us to a quieter room and when we alerted them to the fact that our air conditioner did not work throughout the night, they had someone there right away.
Disliked: Noise from other vacationers and the smell of smoke in the hallway. Our room also got very hot during the night with no air conditioning.

Liked: I loved the staff who worked there. Everyone was kind and understanding. We had an incident where we misplaced our wallet and an employee named Anna helped us try to find it and the length she went to help was greatly appreciated. As always the ocean view was breathtaking and for the price I paid was extremely worth staying at the Ramada.

Not much, considering me and...

Liked: Not much, considering me and my children were made to leave our at (8:30pm on June 9th 2025) trip days early and have not heard a single word from the hotel or booking for my refund, they both say there waiting on the other person. The so called front desk manager and manger of the facility on duty were arguementative from the very beginning and lied all cause they marked the parking lot wrong due to a “bus” that was supposedly arriving at 8:30pm which didn’t arrive until 9:30pm and other vehicles were still parked in the same location.. management snickered and laughed as my family had to pack up and leave from the property.. wouldn’t recommend to anybody or any animal!!
