Won't stay there again.

Liked: Had to pay extra for Breakfast and it was cold.
Disliked: Paying extra for breakfast.

Disliked: No breakfast even though advertised. Not enough parking. I was told to use exterior door to access room keycard didnt work other doors propped open.no safety.clerks not helpful.

Liked: Had a bed.
Disliked: This was the poorest hotel accommodation I have came across yet. And I am a traveling lineman. Turned on water and it was brown dirty water. Waited until water cleared up to shower. Toilet would not flush. Mgmt would not mess with it. Plumbing problem

Very outdated/poor customer service

Liked: This was not a good experience at all.
Disliked: The room was very cold. Informed the front desk personnel, and they said they called maintenance. I waited for quite a while for someone to show. Called the front desk back, and they told me I couldn't leave until someone showed up. That was unacceptable. I don't travel somewhere just so I can hang out in a cold hotel room. I slept in a sweatshirt and sweatpants, and the room was never warm. Took a shower the next a.m. the water was brown.

Disappointing

Disliked: It needed cleaning. The toilet was very low to the floor. Room smelled like cigarettes. Trade show going right outside our room. Not an enjoyable experience.

Disliked: Had a delay in checking in. Hotel wouldn't match my booking.con rate, so booked on my phone. This caused some confusion at the front desk and took about a half hour to resolve
