Kendra, The Pas, visiting Brandt Centre
The staff were so friendly and actually smiled! I felt really safe and enjoyed my stay. It was close to the mall, casino, and downtown . Will definitely stay here again.
Liked: Great service; friendly staff; cleaning staff were fast and efficient; awesome location.
Disliked: Parking.

Liked: The price was within my budget and the staff were very helpful, the rooms were cleaned.
Disliked: There was a couple standing outside the building and looked intoxicated. But they didnt bother us.

Liked: Room service not available. You could phone kitchen, then they would pack your order to go an call you to come pick it up. Hot tub broken and that was the reason for going.
Disliked: The literally lock you into the hotel at night which is a fire hazzard

Liked: Underground parking easy to get in and out of
Disliked: Room wasn’t overly clean. Our window was filthy on the inside with greasy handprints and gunk all over it. Bathroom was super small, the room overall was really tight. We booked and paid for 3 adults. But there was only 2 coffee pods in room for morning and 2 large towels. Front desk staff member was not friendly upon checking in, wasn’t rude, just zero smile and seemed annoyed with us.

Lacks customer support. Unsafe. Dirty....
Disliked: I did the express checkout. When the receipt was emailed to me, there was a charge of $46 from the Atrium. Called the hotel and explained that we never ordered or ate at the Atrium. Must be a mistake. Took a while for them to figure it out. They said they’ll call me but never did. So I initiated to call them back. The receptionist then said that the manager won’t refund since the signature matched with mine. I was so upset. First, the name on the receipt isn’t mine nor my husband’s. Secondly, I don’t know made them say that the signature on the receipt matched with mine when it is entirely a different signatures. The receptionist transferred my call to the manager twice but the manager refused to answer. Only when I started to raise my voice and aired out my frustration that they decided to get me a refund. I told them to check every CCTV. I never sat at the Atrium for breakfast. I don’t even know how it looks like. Never ordered for room service either. Very poor customer support and very poor security. How could someone just enjoy a hearty breakfast at the Atrium and freely charge it to any room. Never again in this hotel.

I’m not sure I would...
Liked: The front desk crew weren’t good. I had pre/checked in and they couldn’t seem to find me. The person checking in beside me had troubles too. Their keys quit working all at the same time on Saturday. Very frustrating. Housekeeping was awesome. They made sure that everything was cleaned and filled every day. They were the bright spot.

I would not recommend unless...
Liked: The breakfast was okay not hot!
Disliked: The housekeeping was not up to par. Seen gals standing in halls on their phones. Room was not done up we told her we were leaving in 5 minutes came back to uncleaned and unstocked room.
