The staff were so friendly and actually smiled! I felt really safe and enjoyed my stay. It was close to the mall, casino, and downtown . Will definitely stay here again.

Liked: The price was within my budget and the staff were very helpful, the rooms were cleaned.
Disliked: There was a couple standing outside the building and looked intoxicated. But they didnt bother us.

Disliked: Front staff did not seem to know much about the Brier which you would think they would have been briefed on No restaurant open on Sunday or Lounge. Rooms are dated

Reservation was not at hotel even with confirmation code. Extremely dirty place

Disliked: Smoking in the lobby, transient people in lobby not staying. Room was extremely dirty Worse thing is my booking with booking.com was not found with Ramada and I had to pay extra for a much worse room. Ramada was not helping and booking.com has not reached out to me with multiple attempts

Disliked: Wheelchair parking marked poorly, l have attempted twice to speak to managers about situation, however, they do not return calls! Staff upon registering & again on checkout seemed disorganized! Overnight stay was good !
