Liked: Comfortable bed, quiet room, microwave and fridge all excellent…. Also very nice to have the Starbucks downstairs
Disliked: Old carpets in the hallways - having to park across the street in the parkade- it is really hard to bring all your luggage from your vehicle into your room when you have to park so far away.

Liked: Lovely room. Comfy beds. Clean.
Disliked: No privacy in the bathroom and parking was a long walk for seniors with mobility issues and a bit tight for a pick up to maneuver.

Disliked: Hotel looks like it needs to be renovated. Carpet in the hallway on 4th floor is pulling up needs to be replaced. There’s also a smell of vomit in the hall. Parking garage was out of order. Told to park in the street in clearly marked no overnight parking. Told “probably it should be ok”. No reassurance from hotel staff that if anything happened to my car the hotel would help. Staff was dismissive over concerns. Not advised when parking garage was back in use.
