The staff are helpful and courteous. The room had a very, very strong bad air freshener smell. If you are at all fragrance senitive you will be very unhappy - it was just too strong. There is also no screen on the door to keep the door open to get fresh air. Otherwise, the room is clean and it's a convenient place to stay.

Disliked: The air freshener for the room made for a rough stay.

Nice hotel, convenient location.

Liked: Hotel was nice.
Disliked: I forgot an item at the hotel, though I didn't call & check if they had it, felt it would have been nice if they would have called me to let me know I had forgotten it. It was a $50 item but we had already left the state when I realized I forgot it.

Liked: Good sized room. The reception staff were very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and the best taxi company to use.
Disliked: Wi-Fi was a little flakey in our room.

Liked: Clean and comfortable King BR, and lobby with a small but with useful toiletries and OTC meds if needed. Conveniently location to get downtown or drive up / down the coast! All staff were pleasant and helpful, thanks.
