Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Portland

The staff are helpful and courteous. The room had a very, very strong bad air freshener smell. If you are at all fragrance senitive you will be very unhappy - it was just too strong. There is also no screen on the door to keep the door open to get fresh air. Otherwise, the room is clean and it's a convenient place to stay.

Disliked: The air freshener for the room made for a rough stay.

Liked: I like that the hotel personnel didn’t disturb us the 3 nights we stayed there.
Disliked: Our fridge wasn’t working. It would be useful to have microwaves in the room

Liked: Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Temperature of pool and hot tubs -- two hot tubs -- were prefect.
Disliked: Both hot tubs, the jets did not work. The one located with the pool is an older model so do not think the "button" can be fixed. Staff also stated that the button constantly gets broken. Hot tub in the hallway, the timer dial does not work. Think they have been broken for awhile and no way to fix the timer problem.

Liked: Was quiet and roomy and very confortable. Location was good also
Disliked: Room was very dusty. Tops of things were cleaned but areas that were not convenient to dust were not done for weeks and mirrors needed attention

Disliked: The hôtel is not very close tonthe center of Portland, about 20 mn.
