Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Montreal

Disliked: I apparently, quite accidentally, booked two rooms online instead of only one.When my husband and I arrived at Ramada Plaza in Montreal, the receptionist informed us of this error. I explained that we needed only one room. She could not help us, which I understand. The fault is not with her but with a system that is so impersonal that a mistake like that can't be changed. I will avoid the Ramada Inn hotels in the future.

Liked: The location was very good, the price was good and it was everything clean.
Disliked: The facilities seem pretty old, in general the building, the carpets in the hall. Even the rooms seems sort of renovated but still everything in general seems old.The options for breakfast was terrible, to me nothing I saw looks something I would like to try. I prefer to go have breakfast outside.

Liked: Staff are so friendly and they would help with any issues.Breakfast was also good.I liked their cold water tank in the lobby too.
Disliked: There are some facilities like microwave and coffee maker in the room, which is great, but they are far from outlet and I had to move them for using them. Also, a kettle could be added to the room because they do not provide hot water in the breakfast also vending machine does not work for hot water.

Liked: The breakfast was the basic breakfast that you would expect. However in my OWN opinion the scrambled eggs were very undercooked. However that is my opinion. It would be nice to add maybe some baked beans or something like this
Disliked: Happy with everything. Except maybe breakfast could be a bit better.
