Stay for the view and...

Liked: The location is perfect! Right near the end of the lake you get a Beautiful view of Lake Seneca. Centrally located to the town at a decent price. The hotel was very clean. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the bartender extremely funny and made excellent drinks.
Disliked: They missed the little things. The room while nice looking with a fantastic view… it had easily fixed issues:1) The sink in our bathroom would back up, slow to drain. 2) The room echoed because it lacked pictures or tapestries on the walls.3) The ice makers on several floors were out of order as well as the coffee maker in the lobby.4) The faucet handles on the tub were installed wrong.5) There was no way to warm up the shower water without getting wet due to a fixed wall near the shower head and a shower head that wouldn’t turn to the side far enough.6) There was no transom between the bathroom and hall7) while you got slippers, vanity kits, shaving kits, shampoo, conditioner and lotion every day, you did not get soap in the room and you had to request it at the front desk.Restaurant is not open on a Sunday night. This may be because we went off-season (early April)

Love being on the lake...

Liked: Can’t beat the location! The bar is great- Abbey, the bartender, is the best- makes it worthwhile to return there vs other hotels in Geneva.
Disliked: The beds aren’t super comfortable. Wish the bathrooms had fans.

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. The location is beautiful and convenient for weekend wine trips. We have visited two years in a row and will continue to stay at this hotel.

Disliked: Our room only had warm to cold water. We informed front desk after first night and was told it would be looked at by maintenance . It never got better. Clothes iron also did not work. Valence cover at window was not painted. Shower had scum trapped in door track. Very disappointed in the overall stay.
