Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Gatineau/Manoir du Casino

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the restaurant. Our included breakfast was excellent. The employees were friendly and efficient throughout the hotel. We highly recommend this well located hotel.

Liked: Large, clean, comfortable rooms including some thoughtful extras.
Disliked: Surprising - no laundry bag in the closet.

Liked: The bathroom was great. The beds were good.
Disliked: The pillows were terrible. The housekeeping staff didn’t know how to make a bed. Had to take it all apart and remake it. Wi-Fi was terrible, then they changed the password and didn’t let guests know. Also took out all the towels and we had to go front desk to ask for towels. Very frustrating. The plug in sink wasn’t working properly, told front desk no one came to fix in 3 days. Every time we had to ask for anything the staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them.Not good customer service or housekeeping. It’s too bad because we liked the room.Will not stay at Ramada again.

Disliked: Daily change of password is really annoying and I have the feeling the internet is not that stable (many “reconnecting” when I’m on a video or audio chat );Room seems not sound proof : when children runs in the corridor , it’s very audible There is no real help to bring luggages in the room (arrival and departure as well)The breakfast should be automatic by presenting the room key at the restaurant instead of asking to request and to collect a voucher at reception desk ! Change that system
