Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Gatineau/Manoir du Casino

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the restaurant. Our included breakfast was excellent. The employees were friendly and efficient throughout the hotel. We highly recommend this well located hotel.

Liked: Large, clean, comfortable rooms including some thoughtful extras.
Disliked: Surprising - no laundry bag in the closet.

Disliked: Loud renovations happening at 7 am, no water provided, no kettle or anything to have hot water in the room, wasn’t very clean especially the floor, which looked like it hasn’t been mopped in a month, water pressure from the shower wasn’t strong

Not that great hotel but...

Liked: Location was good. Staff was cordial. Rooms size and overall room was clean.
Disliked: The Hotel was smelling bad from inside. The bathroom door was not working and the room with 2 queen beds was allotted for 5 adults. In actuality a sofa bed was missing. They gave a cot but that was not usable for an adult. The maintenance staff was not that great. He did not fix the issue. Overall, the stay was disappointing and was not happy at all with it.

Disliked: Room ac is not working after complain change the room at night next day power outage and wait for hours light is not coming we checked out because of that reason all my weekend plan is disrupt and we go back to toronto
