Liked: Staff were very friendly and willing to point us in the right direction when we got turned around due to construction going on, but they did have signs to help as well! Everything was very clean and the breakfast was great, we appericiated that it lasted until 10 unlike other hotels we've stayed at.
Disliked: If you want to use the jacuzzi you need to notify staff 30 minutes in advance so it'll be hot; we weren't aware but used it anyway. It honestly was nice and warm so we didn't mind that it wasn't the usual heat. Just something to note for people who do like the jacuzzi to be hot.
