Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Calgary Downtown

It was a good experience, but you must go outside the hotel to buy food on weekends or anytime after 7:00 pm.

Liked: Safe and neat environment.
Disliked: There was no Fridge nor microwave in the room. No bottle of water to drink. Guests pay higher rate than close by public parking lots.

Liked: Located near the venue of my Graduation Ceremony.

Stayed for a week; staff were excellent; front desk was welcoming and efficient on arrival and most helpful throughout the week. The room was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Housekeeping was friendly and did a good job keeping the room clean and tidy - always left lots of towels and supplies. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Liked: Location; staff; price.
Disliked: There wasn't a fridge in the room but that's not really a negative because one just had to ask and one would be delivered to the room.

I am glad I get a chance to write a review because I need everyone to know to stay away from this hotel and I will be very vocal with all my social media contacts about my experience at this despicable hotel.

Liked: Don't have anything positive to say about the Ramada - very dirty and horrible staff.
Disliked: Staff were not helpful at all; very dirty hotel and not accommodating at all; won't be back.

Liked: I would really appreciate that maybe u would ha a little git more compassion because I'm sure if your mom,sister,aunt,uncle any would probably call u for help u maybe you can't but u can't so u try. So the whole point and what might kept being told no for this and no for that so u try and hold on to to suffer. So plz stop saying you want what u can't have. Staff to have more EMPARHY. Staff with me SYMPATHY. Staff to have understanding and would maybe if the benefit of the doubt and ask hey could wr do maybe 40 and get the rest when she says? Nope you made me cry and I sat there in the lobby and cried so.....
Disliked: I HATED that your staff DID NOT even acknowledge me and my feeling nothing. Nobody were I lived help me so I can to rake out ask ppl I didn't like so meh. But you can what you charge for damage cause the rooms are not worth 100 mayvthe double rooms and stuff were I was put when I asked for 1 bed not 2 so there's prime example ehtwy DO NOT LISTEN AND U DO NOT RWAD THESE.
