Disliked: Dirty. Smelled like cigarette smoke in our room. Outdated. AC out in the lobby. No free breakfast buffet due to renovations. Was not disclosed to us before we arrived

Disliked: I didn't even stay there. When I arrived at the airport at 11:40 pm, I called for a shuttle, they said they were fully booked. Asked me to find another place. I had a bad experience. I finally find a place to stay around 2 am.

Liked: The over charged me for the deposit, I never got my deposit back. I told them I don't smoke and drink. The front desk guy was incompetent.

Disliked: Website stated they had a pool, gym, breakfast. None of those were available. Room service didn’t clean or give out clean towels daily. The whole building smells like an ash tray.
