Liked: Last minute stay and it did the job. Clean room for a very decent price! Had a fridge, too, which i didn't expect for the price.
Disliked: Air-conditioning wasn't great, so the room was hot, small shower, phone didn't work, so we had to walk to reception for everything. But the lady who checked us in tried her best. Wish the parking was free as it is a service station, but then again, it was £2.50 a night.

Disliked: Removed duvet from cover as the room was very warm, duvet was badly stained all over. No remote control for the tv so couldn’t watch it. Hotel is very tired in the public areas and more so the room we were in

Overpriced and even the basic...

Liked: It was convenient for the event we were attending
Disliked: *When we arrived the room contained not only a double bed, but a single bed and a put you up. When my husband went to ask if at least the put you up could be removed, wee were told we had ordered a family room. Thiis is hard to imagine as it was just the two of us travelling. As a result we could hardly move in the room.*The curtains were extremely difficult to open or shut.* The mattress was very soft and extremely well used. I understand it is a hotel but nevertheless this is surely something that needs to be constantly maintainedl.*The shower was almost unusable. the head was clogged with limescale which limited the spray which was very fine and pointing in all directions. As the pressure was absolutely mimimal it seemed like we hardly got wet.
