Liked: Convenient for stay with lots of amenities. Hotel was quiet & staff very friendly.
Disliked: Stair no lift. I should have asked for ground floor room but staff did offer to assist us with luggage. Property looking a little tired.

I will not use Ramada...

Liked: The location was great for other services and access to the motorway.
Disliked: I was staying in room 26. After using the bathroom I found that the toilet did not flush properly which did not clear the pan. I reported it to the receptionist who said it would be fixed while I was out. When I returned in the evening I used the toilet which was clear, however once again it was not flushing properly. I reported again and it still was not fixed so I stopped using it and was using the toilet in the reception area.

Good fora budget hotel.

Liked: Location was good as close to M40 and places to eat.
Disliked: Little bit tatty in places.
