Disappointing

Didn’t get value for money
Liked: The breakfast was good. The room was quite clean. Great location.
Disliked: We spent a night and it was very disappointing. It was a hot summer night, AC in the room didn’t work. The room was super hot overnight. They kindly provided a standing fan which was very rickety and noisy. Could hardly sleep. Worst thing was the power cuts twice before we checked out. Water wasn’t also running during the power cuts. The second power cut happened while Mrs was in the shower, the very worst experience. They didn’t give value for the price.

No WiFi, paid parking and...
Liked: Air con was the best I've seen in a UK hotel so far.Shower was hot and had good pressure.
Disliked: NO WIFI - not acceptable since network in the hotel is 0 for all rooms further down the hall. We're basically not reachable when in the hotel room.Compared to other hotels, really BAD breakfast. (your suasages were not good, and orange juice wasn't juice (more like squash)Paid parking? since i booked on booking.com i have to pay? really? while others get free parking? is that fair?

A comfortable stop on way...
Liked: Quiet comfortable
Disliked: Paying £5 for parkingNo cooled water when requested some for our trip on a very hot day. They did give us tap water.

Ultimately we were disappointed. STAFF...
Liked: We liked the layout of the property, it has potential to be a great hotel.
Disliked: We didn’t like the odour that was immediately noticeable when we entered the hotel. We believe it was coming from the dingy looking carpets throughout the hotel. We didn’t like the fact that there was only 1 toilet in a communal area on the ground floor. We didn’t like the fingerprints all over the doors throughout the hotel and we didn’t like the standard of cleanliness. The hotel was not filthy, but it could’ve been cleaner. I noticed that the steel logo that reads Ramada above the receptionist desk hadn’t been cleaned and polished for some time, I didn’t like that. We didn’t like

Liked: Beds were comfortable and clean
Disliked: Used tissue by one of the beds. Could have done with glasses in the room.

Praise... and complaints
Liked: Decor, cleanliness, comfort.
Disliked: Two things ruined my visit.1. Stale bread and dried out grill items at breakfast2. My room key has been disabled when I returned after breakfast. Room 55 is the furthest room from reception and I walk with a stick, so this caused me more discomfort than you might think. The man on reception did not engage with me verbally at all, just took my card and renewed it. A 'sorry' would have been nice. Do you do thorough staff training? Both of these complaints were ruinous to my opinion of you.

Passable
Liked: Last minute stay and it did the job. Clean room for a very decent price! Had a fridge, too, which i didn't expect for the price.
Disliked: Air-conditioning wasn't great, so the room was hot, small shower, phone didn't work, so we had to walk to reception for everything. But the lady who checked us in tried her best. Wish the parking was free as it is a service station, but then again, it was £2.50 a night.
