Liked: It was nice to have the in house breakfast before we headed out for the day.

Great location with fab breakfasts

Liked: Location for visiting Prince Edward. Clean hotel with excellent breakfast

Disliked: Everything was old and broken. Air vents rattled 24/7. Lukewarm water in shower. Broken roller chair. Keys stopped working 4x over 5 days

Liked: The omelette bites and other stuffs at the breakfast were good and our heads stayed dry as the roof didn’t leak.
Disliked: The door entering the room would not open due to poor maintenance. The hinges had failed causing binding on the door jamb. I would say this was the case for many doors as there was constant slamming of doors around us to get the doors to close. When we did gain entry, by living the door, we noticed an oscillating fan in the corner. My wife said the AC must be down. This was partially true; the weak air flow of the HVAC unit didn’t cool the room at all. The fan was put to use immediately and constantly. The room was overly clean. Makeup of some sort was splattered on the bathroom mirror and counter, the floors were sticky and turned socks and feet black in a hour or so. The shower head when used leaked on the ceiling and has caused damage to the drywall, it had been touched up but still in disrepair. The hot water was lacking, the hallway carpet was dirty and stained, the closet shelf had dirt and mould growth to name other issues.

Great location, but improvements needed

Liked: I stayed in a double queen room with my sisters. The location was perfect for our needs. We upgraded to a water view room .We loved the balcony facing out to the Marina, and we could hear the music from the Carribean festival. It was perfect.
Disliked: The following is intended as constructive feedback.The hotel is very dated. Easy fixes or simple clean-up (eg., cleaning hallway carpets, replacing discolored ceiling tiles, cleaning the exterior of the ice machine, cleaning patio door and fixing a broken screen, etc.) could make things much better. Our room was not very clean. The bedding was fine, though.We booked for 3 of us, but we had towels for 2. We had to ask for extra towels. I texted down the request, but I had to go to the desk to follow up. These came very quickly, but attention to this kind of detail goes a long way. Our door cards dropped coding and would not open our door. I had to run down to the front desk to get both cards done again. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was o.k. We went out for breakfast on our second day. Sunday a.m. the breakfast room was way too busy. The hotel seemed very unprepared for the volume.This could be a much better experience.
