Liked: Hotel near a park, with the option to park for €5 per day (the underground parking costs €15). Nice rooms. Great pool and sauna. Fridges in the rooms, which is very convenient. Super quick access to the city (10 minutes by tram) and very friendly staff.
Disliked: The organization, however, was so-so. We were given a triple room right next to a renovation area, where various noises could be heard (and it wasn’t the last available room — at the same time, another triple room near the elevators was available, as our friends were mistakenly given it despite booking a quadruple room, so it was immediately changed for them). The room lacked bathrobes, and there were only two pairs of slippers, even though we were three people, including our 17-year-old son. There was a strange smell... We only located the source upon departure (we stayed two nights)... It turned out to be vomit residue next to the bed, behind the nightstand...

Blissful quick stop

Liked: The breakfast buffet was incredible!!! Probably one of the best I have experienced in Germany as there were plenty of options. It was spacious and clean. The toiletries were high quality so it was a relief to find items like a shower cap, nail filers, slippers, robe etc. This was a welcomed surprise since all of the hotels I've stayed at included a one in all body wash and shampoo. My poor hair was very dry as a result.
Disliked: The location is not ideal for walking and exploring the centre of the city. You will need to rely on other transports.
