Disliked: The rooms hallways are dirty, the hotelIs run down no air conditioning

Disliked: The room could have been cleaner - maybe buy a hoover that reaches the edges of the carpet ?

Liked: Staff were very helpful and accommodating . Toiletries in room very nice. Loved decor of staircase.
Disliked: Confusion caused by email from Booking.com not including parking, which Ramada staff had to follow up.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly!Buffet breakfast was excellent value for money.The room was clean and tidy.Overall, brilliant value for money.
Disliked: It is a budget hotel so you have to expect basic standards. They don't have the same 'Attention to detail' standards as a Premier Inn or a Travelodge. It is after all, just a place to sleep at night.
